Steroid Injection Training

It is with great pleasure that My Therapy Network can now announce the 2017 launch of Injection Therapy Training for GP’s. This course has been designed to provide both the practical skills required for anatomically guided injections and the clinical reasoning framework needed in this area of clinical practice. We believe that it is just as important to know when a steroid injection may not indicated. To that end the place of injection therapy within a wider management plan for musculoskeletal pain conditions will be critically appraised throughout this course.

Once again we have managed to seek out the very best in the business with Dr Carl Edwards and Mr Alan Potts leading on the upper & lower limb elements of the course respectively. Both tutors are currently practicing in extended scope secondary care orthopaedic roles in Torbay & South Devon NHS Trust and have been the lead lecturers on the Foundation Injection Therapy programme for AHP’s at Plymouth University.

Venue: The Royal Devon and Exeter Foundation Trust, Wonford Hospital, RILD building.

Date: 18th & 19th March 2017
